Kevin Marcus is the president of Hillcrest Property Management, based in Lombard, IL.
He brings 25 years of experience as a professional Community Association Manager, and is active in the Community Associations Institute. He is a long-time member of MCD Media’s Condo Lifestyles State of the Industry committee and Advisory Board.
As President of Hillcrest, he leads a team of exceptional managers and support staff that are responsible for over 130 properties, totaling almost 10,000 units. His focus is building great culture, engaging the community, and providing exceptional service to clients.
